Add(s) -  any late adds are subject to instructor and SUNY SCCC approval; the CHS office will reach out to instructors once you have submitted this form. Fees apply, including additional fees for non-residents if non-Schenectady Country residents are unable to submit the Certificate of Residence by deadline dates. Late adds will be accepted only before final grades are available. 

Withdrawal(s) - this indicates that you are official leaving the course after the initial drop period. Your official transcripts will note your attempt in this course with a "W" grade with no impact to grade point average is recorded. Please note, this could have an effect future financial aid eligibility.
